Andy Green established Green-Lam Consulting in 2011, building on wide experience  in the fields of physical and economic regeneration.  Drawing on that experience as well as a wide range of contacts, Green-Lam Consulting will be happy to carry out commissions that stimulate and challenge, particularly around strategy and project development and review.

In the context of economic and physical regeneration, Andy has co-ordinated and worked with many multi-disciplinary teams to develop, articulate and deliver action around city-centre regeneration, science and innovation, the creative and digital 'sector', environment and energy, business and community development.

Andy is happy to support established teams and to respond to short term demands where an extra resource is needed quickly for a limited period.

He also has a long track record in chairing a successful social business providing community and social care services for the Chinese community in the Liverpool City-Region, which he helped foumd in 1989.
